continue improving our LED Lighting system for transit vehicles year after year. The DINEX LED Lighting upgrade kit
has been specifically designed to provide seamless integration to the fluorescent system by allowing easy installation
and direct fluorescent replacement. Furthermore, it also maximizes the reliability of the interior lighting and keeps
maintenance operation cost low.
DINEX™ LED Lighting System uses high quality LEDs and enforces stringent bin control to provide better light output, uniformity, consistency and thus be more pleasant to the eye. All of the benefits above are all implemented in our product to further enhance the passenger’s transit experience.
The lighting fixtures have been designed for easy installation. No modifications are needed to install the lighting fixtures to the vehicle. The light fixtures are available in standards lengths (2, 4 or 6 feet length). The light fixture uses all existing wiring harnesses. Easy-to-use mounting pin and fewer system components allow for quick and simple assembly on site.
The solid state high power LEDs are expected to maintain on average 60-70% of original output brightness after 60,000 hours of operation, which can dramatically reduce maintenance and operating costs. Unlike fluorescent lighting system, the DINEX™ LED Lighting System can provide an instant on and unlimited number of on-off cycles. In addition, the light fixtures are designed to withstand the vibrations and shocks that will happen during an actual road driving. DINEX™ LED Lighting System performance claims are based on a robust design process and rigid testing of the entire system, which adds up to the excellent quality you can rely on.
Some of the benefits of using DINEX™ LED Lighting System are that no EMI emissions, no ballast required on the light fixtures and the LED itself is Mercury free, which will save the overhead cost in handling and storing the fluorescent tubes.
